I took Psychology 101 in the 80’s; they were teaching that homosexuality is a mental disorder, an aberrant behavior.
I believe they got it right. The biological reason for sex/sexuality is to procreate and perpetuate our species. Homosexuality disrupts that natural order.
Do I believe gays and lesbians can be good, moral people? Of course.
However, the push to accept homosexuality as a ‘normal’ condition and a viable life choice has led us to accept other deviant behaviors that are, to varying degrees, more sinister and harmful to society.
To the dismay of many, there is now a concerted effort underway on multiple fronts to normalize pedophilia and persuade society to accept it.
I know that homosexuals are not pedophiles and vice versa, but acceptance of one has inevitably led us to a push to accept the other.
This is spot on. I was thinking about this as well. When a society is not tethered to the truth, there is nothing to hold culture in a stable place.
Once you cut ties with the moorings (God’s rules), then anything goes, incrementally and eventually. Nobody can say anything or anyone is wrong....each one will go his own way. Nobody has the absolute authority once you leave God’s ways.
Sanctioning what God says is sin will not be accepted by anyone who has a meaningful relationship with God. You cannot do both.

I would have to disagree with you there. Grooming and contact, starts early in many cases.
Pretty much spot on....with the exception of the last line....some, as Norsky has pointed out, are pedo-groomers :-(
