It appears to be real....not what is depicted, with rows and rows of babies, but there is the push from, who else, WEF, to replace the way we have kids.
I wish they’d make up their evil minds. First we have to depopulate, then we have to grow and harvest babies because we’re not making enough of them. Oh, I guess what they really mean is that they want to get rid of traditional people and replace them with their own, lab grown, (undoubtedly programmed and chipped) cyborgs.
