Until reading this I didn’t even know there was a Black Twitter. If they are really concerned they can start their own service and get away from that mean Elon Musk.

There isn’t.
BlackTwitter is more of a nebulous idea than an actual thing. It is simply a collection of Tweets with content that is black culture-centric.
There is no membership or group (like on Facebook) to join. A person of any color or ethnicity can follow or post to these topics.
Twitter algorithms feed people what they seem to be interested in. If that’s black culture, then that’s what they’ll get.
