A limerick is 5 lines - the 1st,2nd & 5th rhyme.
the 3rd and 4th rhyme differently from the others.

There once was 2 FREEQs trying to rhyme
Limericks one at a time.
They’d bicker and fight
About who was right.
when what they actually presented was a crime.

My lines 3 and 4 are combined
In two parts they are properly rhymed
So five lines or four
There is one thing for sure
Your entry leaves you way behind

But as a fellow Illannoyan, ex Marine and Vietnam Vet you have my highest respect and admiration.
