“Banque Pâris Bertrand is an excellent strategic fit for the Wealth Management business of Rothschild & Co thanks to a similar strategy and culture and a comparable client profile, with more than 90% of its Wealth Management assets coming from clients with over CHF 5 million. Banque Pâris Bertrand also brings complementary investment capabilities and a presence in Luxembourg.”

I’m not saying THIS bank (or rather banque) is the SA in question but this is along the lines of what I was thinking: a private bank operating in the francophone (how ya like me now, LL?) and having a connection to our favorite Red Shield family.
I’m gonna continue poking around but I expect I’ll find more of the same.

Lol! I love it! My reservation is that SA following the name of a company incorporated in France is like LLC or Inc. for companies incorporated here. The scope of entities that come under that umbrella is extremely broad. It would include every business of any size that took the very good advice of its accountant and lawyer to incorporate to protect the owner’s home and personal assets. I’m having trouble imagining the relevance of those “SA’s (LLC’s, Inc’s)” to the Q drop that states “SA controls elected people”.
