“Fraud vitiates everything” is found in Vazquez v. Dreyfus, and, US v. Throckmorton. So for elections, fraud needs to be proven...but how? Who has standing? Where can this go?

We will never see justice in the civil courts.

As Q said, the military is the only way.

There are dozens of court cases that use the phrase: "fraud vitiates all," or "fraud vitiates everything".

The types of cases (usually tort, or civil, cases) are all over the spectrum of fraudulent behavior.

However, any attempts to quote any of these cases with regard to elections on the interwebs is quickly met by the Leftists experts with "... does not apply to elections or electoral fraud ..." or some such.

Well, barring any civil or legislative means to set right our corrupted election processes, I would have to concede to the idea of a "Qasem Soleimani" remedy, wherein the Mighty Hand of God reaches down to smite the guilty parties unto Oblivion. Great Balls of Fire !!!

I think we saw a preview with the returned rental vehicles.
