Substations Vandalized by Gunfire; More Than Half of County Without Power

The substation is in Moor County near Fort Bragg in Cumberland County, North Carolina.
I’m leaning toward this being feedstock for further regulation of precision rifles in general. When this occured in the south Bay Area the electric Co just made the station interior aspects unvisible to people at the higher locations where it was shot from.
As for repairs, in a pinch I’d be willing to bet that these just poked holes in transformers allowing the oil to leak out. Not difficult to patch weld and refill. The interior components can probably be serviced too, just depends on how bad you want power and finding the right Jeeter to noodle out a field-fix...
