You have captured his evil well. When he speaks of creating superior beings that are not organic - they are cyborgs! Harari claims that that is a superior life form.; would you like your 'conscious essence' to perpetuate in a robot indefinitely? Would that include your soul? ...include 'you'? ...include your free will?

One poster claimed that Harari denies God - but that would not work for the role of the False Prophet; he has to accept God the Creator - but in derision, exactly as the Bible describes. He offers a better 'god' - just commit your soul to 'us'.
