The big takeaway for me is that Canadians are becoming more vocal and indignant and enough of us complained that the horrible “Just kill yourself” ad was pulled. Thank you so much for bringing the ad to my attention, since I’d never seen it before you mentioned it. It’s GONE!

Thank you for the link to the medically assisted suicide ad, tang-soo. They make killing yourself sound so peaceful and joyful that I considered it for a split second. Not really, but it looked and sounded more like a commercial for a happy day at the aquarium watching the fish blow bubbles than what it really was - permission for and promotion of suicide. They just can’t get rid of us fast enough.
