Doh! Just got back from reading the article (I know, there goes my Freep cred), mea culpa. Probably another reason for the delay in purchase by Musk. Wonder if he had some contact language resolving his liability in this matter, such as recouping dinner if the purchase price is sued for the days beach? Not a lawyer, so don’t know if that is even legally feasible.
