**Of the deaths attributed to coronavirus in August, the Post reported that 58% received either a primary dose or a booster of some type of COVID vaccine.**

While the percent death numbers may look higher for the 260 million vaccinated, the 70 million unvacccinated are actually dying at a higher ratio because the pool of unvaccinated is much smaller than the pool of vaccinated. Using 58% v 42% for every 580 deaths of vaccinated, 1,558 unvaccinated die. But it’s actually a much higher death ratio because half or more of the 70 million ‘unvaccinated’ are recovered immunity, making the unvaccinated/noimmunity pool even smaller. So the percentage may fall but that’s not a good thing because it means the ratio of death is climbing.

Not counting recovered immune, given 260 million have been vaccinated and a US pop of 330 million, that leaves 70 million remaining unvaccinated (260+70=330). Using 58% and 42% from the article, if the two groups were equal (both 260 million) 420/70million unvaccinated deaths would translate to 1,558 deaths/260million vs 580 deaths/260million
