It depends on how bad the USA lose to England. If they lose 4-0 (which is very possible) then Iran will have the advantage based on the fair-play rules (least yellow cards). Myself, I would like to see them get kidnapped by Climate Change terrorist and forced to forfeit the remaining games. /spit

The US tied the game today (0-0)--the third time England and the US have played against each other in the World Cup and the US has never lost (US won 1-0 in 1950 and tied in 2010). If the US beats Iran it should advance to the next round. That would be good if only for the pain it would cause Obama and Valerie Jarrett.

At the start of the game they played the British and American national anthems. This is the first World Cup since 1950 when the British anthem has been "God Save the King." All the players on the US team had their hands over their hearts and were visibly singing along while the Stars Spangled Banner was being played.
