I don’t know but it was referred as Fort Roads/Rhodes, in the Shenandoah Valley, referred to as the Tom’s Creek massacre, (Luray) so it seems unlikely because it was pretty far south. It is described as the last attack by Indians in Virginia.

During what was incorrectly called ‘Pontiac;s rebellion’ a general attack by woodland Indians from Wisconsin to Pennsylvania spread south in its final manifestations and produced scattered but really violent attacks down the Appalachians into North Carolina. Indians were unpredictable neighbors.
