The nearest non Sun star is Alpha Centauri (it’s a trinary) and 4.3 light years out. If it “blew up”, we’re in trouble.

There are, within 50 light years of Earth, about 971 stars. That’s pretty close as such things work. If any of them blow up, we’re in trouble.

There are 100,000 stars within 100 light years of Earth. The odds start to get ugly at that distance. Meaning, the odds of one of them going nova.
