How does the Navy lose track of such a realistic training device? Oh right, the same way 2 combat ships ran into huge slow-moving cargo ships.

Not my Navy anymore (USN 75-87). I'm so glad I served when the Navy had its act together. I'm sure there are others on this board who feel the same way.
