But, how was he in possession of any guns? With those kind of charges, you’d think Leo would have confiscated anything he had.
And should have been prevented from buying anything new as he would be “under indictment” and should have been flagged on any purchases?
He is a Nut case. He has no business owning weapons.
BUT be careful for what you wish. The police in States like Leftist Colorado look for any excuse to disarm the public. And once they gain authority, it is never relinquished.
The right to keep and bear arms is one of the MOST important gifts our founders enshrined into the Constitution. Never be involved in weakening that right.
