I like eating the entire honeycomb. It's a little waxy but said to be very nutritious. When I have it on hand, I'll have a small spoonful of it with breakfast until it is gone.

It's really expensive, about $30 for a 12 ounce slab. But I'll get it once or twice a year.

I didn’t realize it was edible and expensive. I recently saw it at breakfast buffets at LHR airport and Dublin Ireland.
