Abortionist Carmen Landau, the primary late-term abortionist at Southwestern Women’s Options, was found dead “suddenly and unexpectedly” in her hotel room in Puerto Rico on October 14, 2022. Landau was attending the National Harm Reduction Conference, which promotes drug use by providing syringes and naloxone to users. She served as the medical director of the event.
