That is correct. AI can ‘write it’s own code’ but there are limits on that. AI will only go bad if it’s programmed to. And even then it’s not a life form capable of ‘self’.

Me too, and I run scrum teams that use machine learning. There is no “I/Me” in AI, and therefore it cannot be self aware.
