Presentation case contains:
A continental flintlock pistol ( Mamelouk/Kentucky style).
I worked the plaque but can only make out the first line:
"To Elon Musk" (sic)

Lower pistol presents as:
I originally thought it was a 3d printed Hand Cannon Destiny 2, but no exact match...
Now find it is a replica pistol from the video game Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
That black annodized and reddish cylilnder (custom) is not found in real world; but all over gaming.

Lower left object off replica:
