We’ve talked about so many supplements on these threads. I’m concerned about doing niacin with Ivermectin or other supplements. If anyone has a good, safe supplement regimen that works well, I’d love to hear it.
Niacin will only react with other fake niacin pharms. Only other thing I can think of is to avoid pectin or high pectin fruits (apples) within 3 hours of niacin doses. Remember, YOU ARE GOING TO FLUSH and it’s not dangerous, just uncomfortable. Learn to embrace it.
