The vax can, and I believe is designed to, alter DNA within a day of taking it, or over time.
But the vax contents vary wildly, and so it may not change the DNA of some, or require multiple boosters for their DNA to change.
It’s demonstrated that the mRNA reverse transcribes a very specific 16 or 18 unit segment into DNA of some organs…
