Probably because it took a while to figure it out, and then decide to risk his life and maybe his entire bloodline.

Good question and there are a lot of them. But, the difference between this one and many others that turned out to be bogus, and this one could as well, is that we have had a lot of deaths due to the jabs.
If there was testing done in 2013 where everyone died and it was hidden we should know,but proving it may take a while.
