IMO we’re all a bit weary after fighting so hard for 5 years in this war. I don’t want to see us fractured now.

I posted the below in response to a discussion on Twitter just a few hours ago.

We're in this for the long haul, maybe for the next thousand years.
Hope not, but in a war between good and evil, we have to be in it to win it, no matter how long it takes.

Yes, I'd like to be here to see the end of this, and to know that the world will be safe for future generations, that the USA and freedom will exist for them.

If not, then what will I be able to leave them?
What can I do to help the next wave continue the fight?
I'm still pondering on this.

I recall an Italian being beheaded by Muslims who stated defiantly before the blade flashed, “This is how an Italian dies!” He remained stoic.
It was televised, I think.
