I'm pretty sure this was not a human creation. There are over 2,000 varieties of bio-weapon shots. It almost had to be AI and I read as much but don't recall where.
IF it is AI and I do believe it is than there could be several dozen objectives. No telling what everyone is. There are probably different objectives with differing jabs. This was an incredibly sophisticated attack on the world by those who want slaves.Cyborgs that don't require any worldly assets but only eat bugs and breathe air. And, only 500 million of them not 8 billion. So they have a long way to go unless they are stopped.
