I empathize. I play piano, and within the last several weeks a couple of my fingers are becoming stiff. Probably arthritis. Swelling around the joints closest to the nails. It’s part of who I’ve always been, so it’s disturbing.

My hands have been overworked lately and I’m rubbing with home made liniment and salves, helps. Try soaking in hot water, and massaging with something. I have other things for arthritis, we can take discussion to the Nat Health thread if you want.
