I’ve got 24 years in the legal profession, but my firms very, very rarely litigate anything all the way up to the Supreme Court. Hate having gaps in knowledge, aaargh!
Have bookmarked the docket page nonetheless, to keep eyes on. I’m not wanting to speak too soon — and maybe it’s wishful thinking on my part — but something about this particular case doesn’t “feel” quite the same as the other cases that supposedly didn’t have “standing” to even be looked at. Time will tell, soon enough.
