A dealer might get fronted if he knows the larger dealer well.
I have never heard of an end user getting fronted drugs.
Maybe if they’re friends, but I have never seen/heard of it.
Check out my 38. I know of a case where a dealer went to an apartment, raised all kinds of hell on the new tenants, who had no idea what the dealer was talking about. Someone cheated him somewhere down the line, and he hadn’t met the end user, so he thought he was dealing with the folks who ripped him off.
He pistol whipped them, kidnapped them in one of the tenant’s vehicles, then eventually killed the two young men. They had just moved in to this apartment near a college campus a few days before. Mistaken identity. The guy confessed and he’s on death row. It was a horrible horrible thing.
