Instead, we found better butter (KG) thereby making our task immensely more difficult. Frankly, impossible.The Kerrygold in the tub is so creamy smooth I could never give it up. It's so good you can eat it straight. I use the sticks for cooking, but nothing spreads and tastes like that container of gold magic.
Knew a chef who turned me on to Kerrygold, and he used to mix the unsalted with honey and sea salt, and he'd squeeze that onto his signature cornbread. Unbelievable.
