You can tell by the reaction and how quickly even Reuters pointed out that it was a Ukrainian anti missle. Biden interviewed and hinted it wasn’t Russian. How could he have known? Because a distraction was ordered… and had to be walked back quickly so that there isn’t WWIII (hot form).
Fail. They knew it would be quickly discovered to be Ukrainian. So they had to tell the truth. It was just a distraction false flag not allowed to get out of control.
