That IMO is one reason FJB keeps extending the EUA, it gives big pharma immunity as long as it is effect. Given the ease with which DC can be bought and alignment with the EUA and WEF/UN it will take Trump to take his stolen office to retire the EUA.
The personal injury attorneys are salivating at the chance to bankrupt big pharma and for once I would agree with them.
