The Russians have this desperate hope that winter will save them, but Ukraine has been very clear there will be no decrease in their operational tempo over the winter months.
200K Ukrainian troops have been freed up after the victory at Kherson. Hopefully the boys get a few days off, but after that those troops will return to kicking Russians in the teeth on a new front.
