Republican Party 'is dead' after major midterm election losses in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Nevada: Hawley
FOX ^ | 11/13/2022 | Richard

Hawley has been vocally critical of the Republican Party and its Senate Leader Mitch McConnell

Republicans need to rebrand and "build something new" after they failed to retake a majority in the U.S. Senate or meet general expectations for the 2022 midterm elections, one of the party’s younger members said.

On Saturday, shortly after Democrats picked up a key victory in Nevada, where incumbent Democrat Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto defeated Republican challenger Adam Laxalt, Republican Sen. Josh Hawley took to Twitter to say the Republican Party "is dead."

"The old party is dead. Time to bury it. Build something new," Hawley wrote.

In consideration of the 2020 and 2022 election results, where is the path for Trump, DeSantis, Rand Paul, or anyone else you can name, to achieve 270 electoral votes? Big city Democratic power brokers in Atlanta, Detroit, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Milwaukee and Phoenix effectively control their respective states, forming a blue wall that will prevent any Republican, MAGA or RINO, from attaining the White House for the foreseeable future.

The Republican Party was dead to me after the 2020 election when nobody in GOP leadership was calling out or fighting the obvious election fraud that was taking place.
That was the prime opportunity to form a MAGA Party and send the GOP to the dustbin. But all the faggot naysayers were protesting: “But forming a third party will only ensure that the Republicans lose.”

Hence why I left the party back in December 2020 after having been a registered Republican since 1988. It was obvious to me then and so this latest outcome was NO surprise unfortunately.

There really should have been a red wave-Afganistan, inflation, homelessness, etc. etc. If the Republicans cannot win with those issues when can it win.

Oh and don’t forget gender issues such as men playing on women’s teams.

He’s under a lot of pressure, he’s probably going to stroke out within 6 to 8 months, but that’s my guess.

I had a cousin very similar condition and he stroked out once, halfway rehabilitated and then stroked out again got to the ER and stroked out for the final time.

Doctor’s most always paint rosy pictures (for a reason) but vascular issues are systemic. I don’t think they’re going to be a whole lot of mileage with this dead-man-walking scenario.

1. Oz lost... the “Alabama” of Pennsylvania is that area between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia... and includes that spot where flight 93 terminated on 9/11.

2. Pittsburgh and Philadelphia carry the state, which is another reason why states with large population centers need to have an electoral college. The rural people holding the most land mass in many states are literally shut out and marginalized by these population centers.

3. They don’t care for the muzz. And the ogre gives out the cheeze...

The above might be an oversimplification, but simple works just like “Occam’s razor” the principle of parsimony or the law of parsimony (Latin: lex parsimoniae), has proven over and over to be a justifiable explanation.

Indeed, I’ve been flamed by many over the years that when I claim we need a third party I get ostracized. My reply is always the same: “We don’t need 3 parties at this time, we need a second one. Get the drunk camel look all the time.

Have to disagree with Hawley on this one, you cannot fix the GOPe as in rebranding it with a new message. It won’t fly, just another BS argument from 1/2 the uniparty.

Don’t know what the answer is, yet we all know the GOPe isn’t.

That’s exactly what they want. A couple of election cycles where the globalists have total domination.

Yep.

Mysterious ballots just appear in big cities and no one in the GOP cares.

The Republic is pretty much gone without Divine intervention.

> Dump the Trump... <

As others have noted, old fossils like McConnell have got to go if we are to build a younger, more vibrant party. And while I do not agree with your wording, I agree with your conclusion. Trump has got to go too.

It pains me to say it, but Trump is simply damaged goods. He has lost too many folks in the center. Some of that is his fault. Some of that is not.

I don’t know much about DeSantis. But Rand Paul is very impressive. So is Kari Lake. Folks like these should be the party’s future.

>>Trump should go scorched earth and create a new Independent Party

Trump already talks about MAGA as though it were a political party.

RINO candidates are a part of the problem. A big part.
Gives us nothing to vote for.
Whereas the communists/Nazis have purpose to be involved in politics and to vote and to steal elections.
A perverted, dangerous anti-American purpose yes—. But still a purpose.
