Styx was a band in the mid to late seventies, they were radio airplane had some big hits and Wiki Styx the band and wiki will be able to sort it out, everything you ever wanted to know and maybe some stuff you didn’t really care about.
I was in the Aleutians fighting the Cold War when they were popular so I sort of missed them but every Navy puke that had a gigantic stereo was incessantly playing the records of that era at high volume so the entire barracks could enjoy...and Styx was one of them.
I never was a fan of Styx. The author of the article, styxhexenhammer, has some good stuff. Steven Crowder used to have him on the show fairly regularly.
