Honestly, I’m skeptical that that’s what it is. I’m one of those who initially liked the idea, and I’d still be pulling for it if the mid-terms had turned out differently. But Trump being Speaker of a small majority in the House and with the Senate being at best a 1 or 2 seat Republican majority, I’m not sure how much he could accomplish other than to hold hearings. Honest hearings on Jan. 6th, election fraud, and other matters of importance would be great, but under the circumstances, they’re not likely a game changer. Something more is needed.

I remember President Trump said this was an option but didn’t think they needed to go this route so most likely not. I would just love to see the derps lose their minds if it were to happen.

I haven’t dealt deeply into Devolution but with the occupying force in DC, the only legal & legit branch the military would recognize would be the new House of Representatives, if it were to hold. So legally We the People won back one half branch of government in this war. It would be great if the Senate flipped our way too but that looks slim.

Up until election day, I was still hopeful Trump would be chosen Speaker, despite his claims to not be interested. After all, even if he had been interested, why admit it before the mid-terms. It could only have served to motivate Democrat voters. But I was encisioning a major shift in power in Congress which, it appears, has been stolen from us once again.

I’m hoping for something consequential from tomorrow’s Trump announcement, but also tempering expectations.
