the number is what it is and it's rather important, especially in the subject of SUNSHINE:

Nothing could be more important: "The light is pleasant, and it is good for the eyes to see the sun".

Never had much confidence it that majic eight ball system either and its probably correct the same way a broken clock is correct two times a day.

It's all very simple but I don't want to spoil the big surprise.

I'll be watching.

Keflavik, now there's a place running a bit short of sunshine these days. Well on the bright side the folks there can watch and enjoy the lingering purple dawn... and then it's... time for lunch!

Well said. Massive melatonin and thick curtains in the summer and in the winter, darkness and a cold howling wind.

Re SUNSHINE and "482"...

The light is pleasant...

To tie back in Gen 1:4 (= 1776),

one example:

The American People [העם האמריקאי] = 482

darkness and a cold howling wind

Yeah but with those delightful dancing and singing auroras. 🙃

Ah, now this all reminds me of the weird tradition that Esther had a green complexion (I'm just noting what's out there), and that aurora means dawn, another name for Esther ("Doe of the Dawn" as per Psalm 22 for reference, the Ayelet haShachar.)

My abstract FR "ramblings" can really irk people, but my off-the-beaten-track adventures always pay off. Makes up for their isolated locations, but still...

I can't help but appreciate the beauty in the mental imagery of Esther and her girls -- diaphanous, undulating auroras, whispering palace secrets into the icy winds.
