She won. Is that due to Trump’s, or was it something lacking in Trump? It has just got to make Trump look bad that she won. Someone deep thinking Trump hater on this site will ferret out a way.

WEll, I live in the real world.
Lake may be able to pull it out, but I doubt it. The other four MAGA candidates are pretty much toast. A minority party has a very hard time overcoming the two entrenched national parties.
Even if Lake pulls it out of the hat, she will have a hard time governing, same as Trump did. Constant harassment from the deep state and press.

Lake is definitely more likable and her opponent had a lot of problems.
Masters opponent was stronger and better funded.
As far as Finchem, he is not at all good candidate. I have never thought he could win.

Seems like it would be very odd if Lake won but Masters does not.
Not at all. Lake is an exceptional candidate. Masters is a good candidate. Hobbs is not very bright and refused to debate Kari Lake. Kelly is an incumbent Senator who presents himself as independent and bipartisan (it isn't true, but some people buy it). Masters has a sound bite where he uses the word "privatize Social Security". That cost him some votes, too.

The delays are for Democrat narrative purposes I’m convinced.
Lombardo, Lake, Laxalt, Masters, Boebert, Walker, Kent, winning - and I’m convinced they will - will put quite a damper on any talk of Democrats “winning” the midterms.
They will lose the House and the Senate.
Arizona and North Carolina and possibly Georgia will get much strengthened election integrity laws a la Florida which will make the standard Democrat election fraud nearly impossible.
It was not a complete victory. We did indeed do poorly in the Upper Midwest and we need to capture those Governor’s mansions in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan, so that we can get real election integrity laws on the books in those states, but though a flawed victory, it was still a victory for Republicans.
As an added bonus, lots of RINOs got it right in the neck.

In those states like PA, Mich and Wisc, Republicans need to switch from electioneering to win votes, to electioneering to gather ballots. Bingo!

My parents live in Arizona and say that the Republican Party, there, is still largely the McCain machine. Ducey was a McCain Republican and that likely gave us 2020.
I think McCain provided the opportunity for Democrats to move in. Now, they control the elections and are moving into the open.
Tough times for Arizona, but I hope that Lake can help. Good leadership can still make a difference.

So much for the "Red Wave is a Trickle" media meme.
It wasn't a "wave" because the MSM wouldn't report it as such. And conservatives didn't win EVERY race or take EVERY disputed seat.
There's bad news. Fetterman in PA, along with a dead guy. Kelly is KS governor, thought we had a chance to unseat her. Ditto Whitmer, along with other possibles in OR, AK, WA.
But we take the House, possibly the Senate (that's still in play).
And buh-bye Lizzy
Buh-bye Stacy.
Buh-bye Beto.

Has Boebert survived those expected 5,000+ mail-ins from Pueblo? Kept reading yesterday how there was an expected dem-heavy mail-in dump forthcoming. Maybe it came and went and she came out ok? Anyone know?
To: ScottinVA
Boebert is only in the lead by 1062 votes after the latest update with 99% apparently reporting. If the left can steal this one, they will. It’s personal with them now.

Cook doesn’t know AZ elections. He called it with 500,000 votes remaining. Little does he know that those ballots will be hugely favorable to Kari & the GOP.

Mark Kelly is our invisible senator, he never came out to comment on the Border, only when he was running.

Another close House race in Colorado is District 8. The GOP candidate is behind by only 1,862.
House 8
(D) Caraveo 48.4% 111,869
(R) B. Kirkmeyer 47.6% 110,007

If I had to choose it would be to win the Senate over the Governor....although I have to wonder what the idiot GOPe would do with a majority other than try to destroy Trump.

Normally, I would agree with you. However, I live in Arizona, and the governor is a key figure to root out McCainiacs. Further, she would go a long way to reform the voting system here, especially since it looks like we are stuck with a Dem at SoS.
Finally, Lake is an unusual talent who is aggressively MAGA and sells it well without scaring the horses. In short, she would be an able presidential nominee after a term or two as governor.
This is not to take away anything from Masters, who is a good man. Ideally we could get both.

Laxalt is up by just under 9000 votes with 90% of the vote counted:

There is still plenty of the vote left out for Democrats to find enough votes to pull Cortez Masto over the finish line.
