Um, I would submit that’s the most probable reason.

You don't have to believe this guy, you can ignore what he says and get boosted- he is focused on the blood vessels. Bottom line is the spike proteins are in the blood and they get into the cells in contact with the blood. The spike proteins in these cells are attacked by the body's immune system killing the cells which leads to damage and the body clots the "holes."
Given enough time, the damage caused by these "holes" leads to cell deaths like in your brain and your heart, for example. And the cells here DO NOT REJUVANATE, once damaged, it's permanent.

If you doubt this, look at the life expecancy in the US which is still decreasing even with the unltra safe and very effective vaxxxxxxines.

I am on the same track as you on this thing. Though I can’t really find it in me to learn how it happens, it happens and is likely purposeful. Something like 75% of all pregnancies after the vakks end in miscarriages. Myocarditis in children, and strokes.... I am sold.....
