Thank you for the assistance. I did it, and it worked great. I have five other HDDs in my PC that I’d like to clone in the future. Hopefully, it’ll be easier considering they’re not the main boot drive.

Sounds good. You must be seeing a substantial increase in speed. But I should have mentioned the MBR vs. GPT issue in my OP.

Now you can actually format the old HD and use it for storage. Do not boot from it as it might mess up your activation per MS license. Instead, use Macrium or AOMIE to create incremental backups on to the old HD or another drive. You might fit about 3 or 4 incremental backups even on a 120GB SSD. May all be used for good in God's eyes.
