not a waste of time if its something you have time to do and enjoy doing it- life cant be ‘work work work’ all the time or one burns out and isn’t much good for anything else- - folks need to take time to refresh themselves by doi9gn what they enjoy

Fresh air, exercise, plus food, versus at best some degree of mental acuity I suppose, usually in a carnal game. When too tired to be productive, I sometimes try to find and watch a decent movie, some of the better here however rare.
