let me clarify...I’m guessing Bye’s voters 2nd choice would be a repub.
and the write-ins #2 would go to whoever.
If all Bye’s #2s and all write-in’s #2s are combined for Peltola,they still don’t put Peltola over the top.
I don’t see how a repub doesn’t win this.

True Begich and Palin first preference ballot votes that have Begich or Palin as second preferences would be key in RCV and would be surprised if any went to the D. This IMO just shows how convoluted RCV is and how Florida dodged a bullet in 2018.
