Those are designed for ballistic missile launch system mainly. There is no reason to land in LAX with bases near by. LAX doesn't have air shows. I believe they're setting up a staged fear event a type of false flag.

Sorry not E-4 those are the older versions. Boeing E-6 Mercury was made in the 80’s.

I think we will see a Red October/ War Games event where the whole world thinks thermonuclear war is beginning... and MI will stop it just in time.
