That would be cool - CD 11 looks like it’s basically the eastern half of the city of Cleveland, with a long narrow leg that stretches all the way down into Summit county (Akron). Talk about gerrymandering!
Oh wait - correction - it looks like they redistricted things up there. I’m looking at a new map and it’s now most of Cleveland and the eastern suburbs.
