FReeper Ezekiel posts the most detailed, informed, ingenious, & relevant examples of [English <—> Hebrew] Gematria that I have seen.
I had to work my way back through the reply trail and all the wrangling to see what was going on.
Can't say I know without reading the thread, but this jumped out from the trace back to Rita's post 1019:
Gematria = “Losses in the General” = 207. Check out other 207 Gematria below.
Regardless of however that was derived or the veracity thereof (I don't know but when stuff is just thrown out there... sketchy), the *fact* is, that's what the post says. If there are other references to 207 I didn't see it but it's a huge thread. Sooo...
I'll just go with what I know off-hand, what is relevant to today's postings (mine). It's just three letters, and there's quite a bit out there on the topic.
ohr [אור], "light" = 207
I wrote about the light today, HERE. Fair warning.
As far as the number in *that* thread (115)... weird/funny in the context of the oldest person designation:
Hineni! [הנני] = 115
Meaning,
Here I am! At your service, ready to go..
(e.g. Exo. 3:4)
