Kudos for the word “Douchebag” it always makes me laugh.
Anyway, that was my main point-—I don’t expect people to cut to the other side of the street to avoid me, they’re walking and enjoying their time out. I’m working and the considerate thing to do is stop-—wave hello then continue. It literally takes 10 seconds.
BTW, there have been a few rare instances where I didn’t see the person and I immediately apologize....it happens but I quickly own up to it.
