There is a giant gap among the Democrats, in between the Old Guard and the Young Communists: the OG looks like they should all be in a nursing home, and the YCs cannot help trumpeting their deep desire to Make-America-Communist-China.
By contrast, the GOP has its OG, but it is becoming increasingly irrelevant, as numerous middle-agers take on the leadership roles, with enough experience to administer well and enough sense to MAGA.
If it weren’t for Big Tech, Big Pharma, and Big Soros money, the Democrats would completely collapse as a political party.
