I had a blowout on the freeway the other day. I installed the donut spare by the side of the road. The next day I drove to my favorite Hispanic tire shop. Got a fresh used tire mounted and the donut back under the van for $40. Cash. No receipt. A year ago it would have been $25. Am I part of the problem?
