Jack Dorsey source: ‘Everyone at Twitter hates him now’ White House may have violated law by deleting fact-checked tweet: watchdog One of the thousands of Twitter employees laid off by new CEO Elon Musk is an alleged Antifa protester, according to a report.
Eric Shamow, a site reliability engineering manager who attended BLM protests in Oregon in 2020, was among those the company let go, The Post Millennial reported.
Shamow was among the rioters who took over downtown Portland and clashed with police during violent protests after the death of George Floyd, Andy Ngo, The Post Millenial’s editor-at-large, claimed in a tweet.
“We carry shields because you brutalize civilians and commit war crimes on our streets,” Shamow allegedly tweeted from his private account at the Portland Police Bureau in July 2020, according to screenshots shared by Ngo.
“The cops are not showing restraint on a nightly basis. I’m not down there tonight, but I’ve watched them brutalize folks on a regular basis who are causing no harm and pose no threat. Be clear: this is a police riot,” Shamow tweeted a month later, according to another screenshot.

No one in the United States could look at such deranged white dreck and tell themselves they agreed with them.
Yes did you ever see the mugshots of ANTIFA arrested in riots in leaves like Oregon? Freaks…worth looking up if you never did.
Why would the right wing cause violence if they win political power?
The idea of it is completely absurd.
Violence comes from those who LOSE political power.
Some of us are willing to fight fire with fire if they don’t
Rest assured, should you decide to take such action, "cops, mayors, governors and sheriff deptartments" will suddenly find a reason to get off their hands and come down on you...mightily.
He was a good one to be fired. Who wants the likes of him controlling Twitter content?
It will make it easier to identify who they are.
Some have said that you are defined by your enemies, not allies. I kinda agree.
Antifa hates me, I’m having a good day.
Twitter wokesters hate me, my day got gooder.
Here is a rule: if evil opposes you, you MIGHT be good.
He is a conduit, a funnel.
Musk is doing it correctly.
If you need to radically change the culture of an organization “shock and awe” is an absolutely necessary first step.
Slow, incremental changes only allow the worst malcontents, who will not accept change, to stew in their anger, create sabotage and formalize resistance.
I read a post on Tweater from a guy who worked at FarceBook years ago when it had 200 employees and he said every additional hire (it’s 83,000 now) was surplus and Twitter would be similar.
People are going to lose more than just sleep.
The leftists will organize blockades of interstate highways and other roadway chokepoints with groups of "mostly peaceful protestors". Local authorities will stand aside - as they did in previous instances of this tactic. This sort of violent intimidation worked well the last time, so of course they will try it again. It won't be as effective this time.
The usual "lone wolf" nut cases will range a bit further into suburban and rural areas for some "direct action" against the MAGA types. It won't go well for them at all. Authorities will vigorously arrest and prosecute the first residents who defend themselves from the predators but that won't go over well either. Looking the other way will become a de-facto policy.
Almost none of the rioters will be arrested, let alone prosecuted. Things will quiet down when leftist "protestors" start attacking leftist government officials for insufficient persecution of the "right wing Trump supporters" who forcibly object to invasions of their neighborhoods. See the previous note about "looking the other way".
The quieting of riots will be done discreetly, by shutting down funding for the network of "NGO"s that organize the rioters. It takes money to provide riot supplies and transportation. Take that away and the riots stop. Probably. Maybe. Oh Hell, maybe not. Once some fires get started, it can be really hard to stop them.
Factions that get shorted on their swag tend to resent their former bosses and start organizing against them. Look for some very strange alliances, specifically "left-wing" and "right-wing" groups making common cause against the authorities.
Avoid these people. Let the dust settle.
