That’s a very charitable possibility and you may be right, which might put her between a rock and a hard place if she has any self-awareness. If she’s been red-pilled, she’d know she was wrong to be so upset that day and would have to admit she’s embarrassed at her theatrical tantrum. That would be newsworthy. If she hasn’t been red-pilled, she must be embarrassed that her emotional outburst is being used as an enduring meme by the side she has such disdain for.
