I would suggest one more step and this will be easy for me.
-Go to the polling venue prior to tuesday and note what WIFI is available days before voting.
My voting venue is also my church, so I will be checking this Sunday.
Bears repeating. And if you happen near the election voting site, or the election HQ in the days before, I'd take a screenshot of what wifi networks are active there at that time also. It helps to get as close to the building as possible to ensure that you're not grabbing the wifi of the restaurant across the street or other nearby entity.
